Production Worker

Our Production Workers are responsible for producing high-quality windows by operating machinery, assembling parts, and ensuring products meet company and customer specifications. This position requires attention to detail, safe work practices, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, hand tools, and power tools to assemble and fabricate windows.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and measurements to ensure accuracy of production.
• Inspect materials and finished products to verify quality standards are met.
• Safely handle glass, frames, and other materials in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to supervisors promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
