Productive Units and Employment Promotion Manager

About the role

As a professional integrated into the entity's technical team, you will assume the coordination, management, and supervision of the labor promotion activities of the CEE Productive Units (Labor Enclaves and Service Provision) and the Pilar Miró Occupational Center. Your main objective will be the optimization of resources, the prospecting of new business lines, and commercial follow-up, guaranteeing the labor insertion and sustainability of people with disabilities.

What you'll do

• Identify new offers and opportunities for labor activity for people with disabilities.
• Assess the compatibility of potential offers with job performance, considering the availability of human, economic, and material resources.
• Client management and loyalty, performing in-person visits, monitoring services provided, and detecting new needs.
• Study, feasibility, and technical-economic assessment of offers to clients, analyzing the availability of human, technical, material, and financial resources.
• Assess technical investment requirements to perform certain jobs.
• Implementation, once the labor activity offer is accepted; management of material equipment, machinery, and human resources.
• Review delivery notes and activity control.
• Coordination with the billing department to transfer data and invoices on a monthly basis.
• Validate purchases.
• Monitoring of monthly budgets and accounts.
• Monitoring and review of contracts with clients.
• Conduct client visits.
• Participation in annual budgets and monitoring of the corresponding parts.
• Management of personnel hired by the CEE in collaboration with the support technician (Hiring, calendars, vacations, incidents, substitutions... etc.).
• Review and monitoring of the Center's facility maintenance program (compressor, forklifts, doors... etc.)

Professional profile requirements

• Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) or Degree linked to both the social sector and/or economic development activities. Experience in similar positions and knowledge of the sector will be valued.

Contract characteristics

Group II Qualified Level 2I

Schedule: Flexible morning schedule, with availability to attend to certain needs in the afternoon if the activity requires it
