Proejct Manager
- Conduct market research and lead product development initiatives for offshore engineering solutions (FPSO/FLNG/production platforms), identifying industry trends and new opportunities;
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including pre-sales customer support, proposal development, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication;
- Provide technical leadership by guiding team members in problem-solving, innovation, and process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Naval/Marine Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of offshore engineering project management experience with demonstrated expertise in FPSO, FLNG, or production platform projects; knowledge of industry standards (ABS, DNV, BV) and PMP certification required
- Proven experience in pre-sales customer support, proposal development, and project delivery coordination
- Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) with ability to lead cross-functional project meetings and communicate effectively with international stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with demonstrated ability to drive innovation, manage resources, and maintain confidentiality in a team environment
