Job Description
Become part of the team powering household names like Kleenex®, Scott®, Viva® and WypAll®. At Arbex, everything you need is right here: innovation, growth and the chance to leave a real mark.
Settling for just any role isn't you, and it isn't us either. Being Unstoppable Together calls for a particular kind of person and teams who genuinely care about making a difference. Here, you'll channel your marketing expertise, talent and drive into building and managing iconic brands and delivering sustainable growth. In this role, you'll help shape the future of tissue and hygiene for billions of people worldwide.
About You
As Professional Brand Manager, ANZ, within our B2B business, you will take end-to-end ownership of your category, translating customer, market and commercial insights into plans that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
You'll lead the development and execution of the Annual Business Plan across campaigns, innovation, sustainability and portfolio activation. Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, Channel, regional marketing and innovation teams, you'll connect strategy with execution and ensure ANZ priorities are represented in regional and global plans.
You'll bring strong commercial judgement, ownership and a bias for action, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You'll be comfortable challenging thinking, influencing across functions and markets, and turning customer, consumer and commercial insights into clear decisions and action.
This role is expected to commence in January 2027.
Job responsibilities include:
- Lead the end-to-end category strategy and Annual Business Plan, including campaigns, innovation, sustainability and portfolio activation, translating local market, customer and competitive insights into clear priorities and growth plans.
- Identify new market, customer and channel opportunities and develop robust business cases, while identifying relevant regional and global best practices that can accelerate longer-term category and portfolio growth.
- Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management and Channel teams to develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans, campaigns and product launches that maximise commercial impact and deliver a strong customer experience.
- Own category commercial and financial performance, including P&L, organic growth and category KPIs, leveraging pricing, mix, existing and new products and activation opportunities to drive profitable growth.
- Manage marketing investment and performance, including budgets, governance, campaign effectiveness and ROI, using monthly category and brand performance to identify what is working, what needs to change and where to focus.
- Lead agencies, distributors and external partners, including creative and content development, distributor Joint Business Plans and channel marketing plans, to ensure high-quality execution against shared growth priorities.
- Act as the key ANZ category contact for regional and global stakeholders, ensuring ANZ priorities are represented in regional and global plans while sharing performance, insights, risks and opportunities to enable timely decision-making.
