Professional Chef (Nigerian & International Cuisine)

We are seeking a highly skilled, disciplined, and experienced Professional Chef to join our culinary team.

Key Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.

Education: OND, HND, or a professional Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field. Candidates with an SSCE/WAEC qualification and substantial professional kitchen experience will also be considered.

Core Skills:
Mastery of local and continental dishes, standardized recipe formulation, food costing, inventory management, and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
