Professional Data Engineer
Summary
Builds and maintains data pipelines and reporting solutions using Microsoft Azure and Fabric tools for enterprise clients.
You will be working with enterprise clients on modern Microsoft data platforms. The Data Engineering Consultant will design and build data pipelines and reporting-ready data solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
What you will do
Build and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and SSIS
Develop data models and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric and related Microsoft tools
Integrate data from cloud and on-premise sources
Apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD and version control to data projects
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and completeness
Prepare technical documentation, including data flows and operational guides
Manage assigned work items throughout the project lifecycle
What we are looking for
Professional: 2-4 years of experience
Other levels: Professional: 2-4 years of experience, Principal: 8+ years of experience
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and SSIS
Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, SSAS and SSRS
Experience with data integration across cloud and on-premise environments
Familiarity with CI/CD and source control for data pipelines
Strong technical documentation and data validation skills
