Professional Data Security Officer
Summary
Oversee and enforce data security and privacy policies at a manufacturing facility in Penang, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting personal data.
- Support RO/DSO (plant audit, new ISP regulation adaptation to plant)
- Support RB/DSO with plant mitigating control activity
- Responsible for coordination and control of in-house Information Security (IS) and Privacy (P) within manufacturing facility Penang (PgP1)
- Taking measures for protecting personal data
- Consulting the department for planning the technical and organizational measures of Information security and Privacy concept; giving support during realization phase
- Feedback to management and user department on data security risk detected.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business Admin/Management or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of practical experience in Data Security, Information Security, Privacy and working experience in an international operating company as added advantage
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skill and inter-personal skills
- Able to work under stress with positive mindset
- Good communication and observation skill
- Fully determined, committed to deliver task in quality and timely manner
