Be part of the Electrical Wiring and Interconnection System (EWIS) Engineering team
Support electrical wiring integration of aircraft system and structural configurations to produce customer wiring diagram designs and support harness deliveries
Review and approve supplier deliverables (ESSD/PCD)
Recommend and integrate wiring diagram design changes to meet customer configurations
Engage with electrical system stakeholders and manage workload scheduling
Create and maintain quality and productivity tracking tools
Provide technical support on change management implementation (RFC, PCR, RFQ, PO, etc)
Investigate, champion and integrate new EWIS SW tools
Optimize EWIS processes
Create and update EWIS BM, BAPS and Design guidelines
Contribute by participating in other tasks depending on program needs and demonstrating flexibility to adapt

You have a technical diploma or University degree in Aerospace, Avionics or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
You have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Aerospace
You have wiring design, wiring installation and/or wiring troubleshooting experience
You are familiar with Siemens Capital software or similar ECAD tools
You must have excellent communication skills including the ability to read/write in English and French
You have a strong sense of responsibility and have good integration/organizational skills and initiative
You are innovative and open to new ideas
You have the ability to resolve problems and conflicts
