The Highland Cleaning Company provides professional cleaning for residential homes and vacation rentals across Scottsdale. We’re looking for dependable cleaners who take pride in their work, enjoy a hands-on role and understand the importance of leaving every home looking its best.
Our work is varied, our standards are high, and we provide the training, equipment and support you need to do your job well.
What you’ll be doing
- Caring for residential homes and preparing vacation rentals for incoming guests.
- Making beds, changing linens and handling laundry as required.
- Paying attention to the details that make a home feel genuinely clean and ready to enjoy.
- Following established checklists and reporting anything that needs attention.
You’ll be a great fit if you
- Have professional cleaning experience, ideally in homes or vacation rentals.
- Are reliable, punctual and take pride in a job well done.
- Work efficiently without cutting corners.
- Are comfortable working in different homes and adapting to each property's needs.
- Can work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, as part of your regular availability.
- Have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
