We are looking for a Professional Liability Underwriter to join our offices in Madrid or Barcelona. Your main objective will be to work on Zurich's Professional Liability portfolio, with a focus on both Corporate clients, following Zurich's technical guidelines and local and global strategy.

What you'll do

• Analyze the risk details of our clients, with special attention to their business activity.
• Ability to understand and analyze policy terms and conditions from an underwriting perspective.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with brokers and maintain fluid relationships with them.
• Maintain constant dialogue with internal teams (CUO, UW, Head of UW, Portfolio Management, etc.).
• Maintain a profitable portfolio, with the ability to understand and analyze claims together with our claims department.

• Minimum experience: More than 5 years in the insurance sector (broker/underwriting).
• Broad knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Languages: English, professional level. Other languages are a plus.
• Hardworking person, with a great capacity to manage multiple tasks.
