Job Title: Professional Programs Manager
Location: Eberlestock Headquarters
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5 PM (flex based on business needs)
Reports To: Head of Professional Programs

Position Summary:

Eberlestock is seeking a highly capable, relationship-driven Professional Programs Manager to help build and execute the Company's growing Professional Programs initiative. Reporting directly to the Head of Professional Programs, this role will serve as a key point of contact for Eberlestock's relationships across military, special operations, law enforcement, government, and other professional-use communities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can build trust quickly, communicate comfortably with professionals at all levels, and turn conversations and opportunities into action. The Professional Programs Manager will help manage relationships, coordinate product testing and evaluation, support business development opportunities, maintain program infrastructure, and ensure feedback from professional users reaches the appropriate teams within Eberlestock.

The right person will be comfortable operating in environments where plans can change quickly and where judgment matters. They must be able to think on their feet, remain calm under pressure, solve problems without waiting for perfect information, and represent Eberlestock with professionalism and credibility.

Prior military experience is strongly preferred. This role will routinely interact with senior and specialized active-duty military personnel, and the ability to understand their environment, communicate from relevant real-world experience, and establish authentic credibility will be highly valuable.
