Job Purpose:
- The Security Officer at Evolution-Southfield, under the employment of Patriot Security Enterprises LLC, is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. The role requires a vigilant and proactive approach to security, ensuring the protection of property and individuals while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, providing immediate assistance and support as needed.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required, ensuring a coordinated response to incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting visitors and ensuring a positive security presence.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.
