Professional Services Consultant

Deliver PS engagements in accordance with Check Point Professional Services standards
Provide security consultancy to some of Check Point’s largest customers.
Provide integration and implementation services of Check Point’s High-End products in complex networking environments
Provide Technical Account Management duties with key accounts as required.
Provide product training and workshops to customers if required.
Developing Methods of Procedures (MOP) and Low-Level designs (LLD) to meet customers’ criteria
Developing test plans and testing new features and products before deploying them in production
Trouble-shooting Check Point products when required
Work in collaboration with sales, R&D, TAC and other Check Point teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Act in the best interest of the company at all times

5 - 13 years of experience with IP based networks, network design, and security products
Experience with several different operating systems: Linux, and Unix- based
Extensive troubleshooting experience required
Experience with Check Point products
Strong TCP/IP understanding and knowledge of debugging Check Point products
Customer oriented and post-sales experience with direct face to face service
Experience with providing training is an advantage
Native Japanese level and fluent in English
