Professional Services Engineer – Cloud & Network Security (Mandarin Speaker)

Salary: RM 7.000 – RM 10.000 per month

About the role

Professional Services Engineer – Cloud & Network Security role involving design, implementation, and configuration of Netskope and/or Zscaler security solutions for enterprise customers. You will deliver projects involving SSE, SASE, Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway, and Private Application Access, and support migrations from traditional proxy, VPN, or firewall environments to modern cloud security platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure Netskope and/or Zscaler security solutions for enterprise customers

• Deliver projects involving SSE, SASE, Zero Trust, Secure Web Gateway, and Private Application Access

• Support migrations from traditional proxy, VPN, or firewall environments to modern cloud security platforms

• Conduct technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions

• Configure authentication, security policies, traffic steering, and access controls

• Integrate solutions with enterprise technologies such as SSO, Identity Providers (IdP), SIEM, MDM, and Firewalls

• Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues involving DNS, SSL/TLS, VPNs, routing, and application connectivity

• Create implementation documents, low-level designs, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials

• Provide post-deployment optimization and technical advisory services

About you

• 5–8 years of experience in Network Security, Cloud Security, or Security Consulting

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Netskope, Zscaler ZIA / ZPA

• Strong understanding of SSE/SASE Architecture, Zero Trust Security, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and Network Security Architecture

• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Routing, Enterprise Network Design

• Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls, VPN Technologies, SSL/IPSec, Proxies, SSO & Identity Integration, DLP, and SIEM Platforms

• Mandarin & English language requirement

• Strong customer-facing and consulting skills

• Ability to lead technical workshops and implementations independently

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capability

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into secure technical solutions
