Professional Services Engineer

As we expand our presence in the North America market, We're on the lookout for a Professional Services Engineer to become an integral part of our Professional Services team. This role is all about helping clients successfully deploy and integrate Curity solutions for authentication, API security, and API-driven user management.
  • Customer Support & Deployment:
    Assist and support customers in setting up and using Curity on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or on-premise servers.

  • Customer Product Training
    Create and perform customized product trainings with customers

  • Integration & Development:
    Integrate Curity with various user repositories, databases, and third-party services. Develop custom extensions in Java using the Curity SDK.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with our core engineering, customer success and sales teams, interacting with customers via Slack, Zoom, and other platforms.

Onsite Engagement:
This position is fully remote, with occasional travel to our Stockholm office and, in some cases, visits to customer locations.

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who’s eager to learn and driven by solutions.

  • Experienced in designing and implementing systems utilizing digital identity protocols like OAuth2, OpenID Connect and SCIM.

  • Experienced in software development. Comfortable developing across multiple platforms. While our main languages are Java and Kotlin, a broad understanding of various technologies is essential, as you'll be assisting customers with their applications. Experience with frontend frameworks like React and Angular is a plus.

  • Experienced with other Identity and Access Management products

  • Comfortable with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift) as well as automation frameworks like Ansible and Puppet.

  • Familiar with AD, LDAP, SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Experienced with handling customer communication and requirement collection.

  • Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written English skills.
