Professional Services Engineer
About the role
The PS Engineer is responsible for leading and delivering client's Cloud Security Platform implementations across the ANZ and Southeast Asian regions, combining hands-on technical consulting with end-to-end project management to guide customers from pilot through full production. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, strong regional and cross-border compliance awareness, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements while meeting key delivery milestones and service commitments.
Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of concurrent projects across a diverse range of customer profiles spanning ANZ and Southeast Asian markets, including multi-country and multi-language project coordination where required
Support the piloting of the hyper-care support program across the region — owning hyper-care execution and helping design and implement new processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
Work closely with Sales, Support, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are met
Perform deployment, configuration, and integration activities for the Netskope Cloud Security Platform (e.g., SWG, CASB, DLP, NPA/ZTNA), including policy creation, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting
Provide direct, hands-on technical consulting to customer technical teams during implementation and testing, coordinating with additional Professional Services Engineers on larger or multi-resource engagements
Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation and knowledge base content based on Netskope best practices and each customer's specific configuration
Help enable customer teams to become familiar with Netskope features and self-sufficient in day-to-day operations
Conduct implementation activities to ensure work order deliverables and timelines are met, particularly TTL (Time to Live of 90 days)
About you
Working knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks relevant to the region, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APPs), New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, Singapore PDPA, Philippines Data Privacy Act, and equivalent data protection regulations across other Southeast Asian markets, as well as general frameworks such as GDPR, PCI, and PII where customers operate cross-border
Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements while meeting key delivery milestones and service commitments
Strong regional and cross-border compliance awareness
Ability to act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
