Professional Staff Nurse (Telemetry Unit)

Status\: Full Time 36 hours/week
Shifts\: rotating day/night, typically 3-12’s, every other holiday, every other weekend

Responsibilities\:

• Deliver patient-centered care using critical thinking, strong clinical judgment, and thorough documentation to ensure safety, quality, and seamless transitions of care.

• Build positive, collaborative relationships with patients, families, and colleagues while maintaining accountability, professionalism, and clear communication.

• Provide effective patient and family education, support new staff and students, and contribute to a learning-focused, feedback-driven environment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, support unit goals, participate in shared governance, and adapt to change with a team-first mindset.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, using evidence-based practice, and helping elevate the overall patient experience.
