The program includes significant work across business process improvement, data management, legislative compliance and the implementation of modern, enterprise-grade technology platforms.

Your new role
As the Architect, you will lead the design, implementation and ongoing operation of an enterprise Master Data Management platform built on Microsoft Azure.
This is a senior, hands-on technical position requiring you to work across solution architecture, platform engineering, Profisee configuration, integration, DevOps and technical delivery. You will define the architecture, configure and build the solution, lead implementation teams, resolve platform and integration issues, and support the platform through to production.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end design and implementation of Profisee MDM solutions
• Configuring and administering master data domains, reference data, hierarchies, matching and survivorship rules
• Establishing data quality rules, stewardship workflows, security models and role-based access controls
• Designing enterprise data models and information architectures
• Developing integrations using REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric and other enterprise integration platforms
• Designing data ingestion, mastering, publication and syndication patterns
• Deploying, configuring and supporting Profisee within Microsoft Azure environments
• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and environment automation
• Troubleshooting platform, integration and data issues across development, testing and production environments
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to development and support teams
• Working with stakeholders and data stewards to establish effective data governance and management practices

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated hands-on experience designing, deploying, configuring and supporting enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Profisee MDM.
You will also require:

• Extensive Profisee experience across master data, reference data, data governance, stewardship and data quality management
• Strong experience configuring matching, survivorship and hierarchy management capabilities
• A strong understanding of MDM operating models, governance frameworks and master data lifecycle management
• Experience implementing data quality, stewardship and golden record management processes
• Proven experience delivering enterprise MDM platforms from initial design through to production deployment and operational support
• Strong experience designing enterprise data models and information architectures for complex organisations
• Hands-on integration experience using REST APIs, Azure Data Factory, ETL or ELT pipelines, and enterprise messaging or integration platforms
• Experience troubleshooting, performance tuning and supporting production data platforms
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native architectures
• Profisee MDM implementations within Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric environments
• Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Purview or Power BI
• Government, regulated industry or large enterprise environments
• DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
• Containerised platforms and Kubernetes-based solutions
• Relevant certifications in Azure architecture, Azure engineering, data architecture, enterprise architecture or Profisee MDM
