Analyze and improve Navy program performance by advising on metrics, consolidating financial data, and recommending process enhancements in Hawaii.
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OFFICE of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.
You will advise managers on the best practices for performance management, metrics development, or business process improvement.
You will consolidate business or financial information to prepare a portfolio view of program data for manager review.
You will analyze metrics and program data to recommend process improvements.
You will document ways to improve an operating program's effectiveness.
