PROGRAM ANALYST

This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Full Performance Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA DISA - OC/INFRASTRUCTURE DIRECTORATE.

The purpose of this position is to serve as a Logistics Support Specialist in the Satellite Communications Division at DISA's Teleport Program Office.

Responsibilities include property custodian, inventory, shipping, storage, and other required activities to support Agency and Department of Defense (DoD) programmatic initiatives.

Incumbent serves as a logistician within Program Executive Office Transport.

Participates in analyzing project plans, resource expenditures, and risk assessment data in order to assess the project's ability to meet stated and desired Logistics objectives from both a program and an Agency-wide perspective.

Develop, maintain and update Logistics documentation for SATCOM portfolio (e.g., LCSPs, SOPs, CONOPS, Maintainability Demonstration Plans, Training Plan, etc.).

Maintain DISA property and inventory across Teleport sites and the relevant labs. Generate required logistics documentation necessary to transport equipment custody and ownership.

Incumbent will travel up to 25% of the time in order to conduct inventory and equipment transfer at worldwide sites.
