Program Analyst

This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Full Performance Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - OC/PACIFIC.

Analyzes and evaluates requests for the disclosure of Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to foreign governments and international organizations.

Applies National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1) and DoD foreign disclosure directives to determine the releasability of sensitive operational, intelligence, and technical information.

Coordinates with intelligence, operational, and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess the national security impact of foreign disclosure and technology transfer cases.

Provides foreign disclosure guidance, policy interpretation, and training to command staff, subordinate units, and program managers.

Maintains accurate, up-to-date records of disclosure decisions, foreign liaison officer visits, and technology transfer documentation in approved tracking systems.
