Provides enterprise-level analysis, strategic planning, and operational support for DLA EEO programs, reforms, and priorities.
Evaluates operations, workflows, timeliness, workload, service-delivery trends, and internal controls to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for greater consistency, efficiency, accountability, and compliance.
Develops and matures enterprise EEO governance through policies, procedures, standard operating procedures, decision frameworks, defined roles, performance measures, and management reviews.
Applies federal EEO authorities and guidance, conducts policy and process crosswalks and program evaluations, documents findings, and monitors corrective actions.
Supports modernization of reasonable accommodation process, complaints process and other EEO service-delivery systems. Maps workflows; develops and tests requirements; monitors case status and implementation and so on.
Develops standardized dashboards, trackers, metrics, data definitions, reporting templates, and repositories that provide timely, actionable information while protecting sensitive and Privacy Act data.
Validates quantitative and qualitative information, identifies trends and root causes, and prepares executive briefings, decision papers, reports, talking points, implementation plans, and recommendations.
Plans EEO reform, training, compliance, and process improvement with DLA components, partners, resource offices, and oversight organizations.
Sets milestones, owners, measures, and deliverables; tracks progress, barriers, and outcomes; supports audits and data calls; and may oversee American Sign Language, analytical, training, or other EEO contracts.
