Summary
The Program Analyst serves as a Resource Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative for the squadron, overseeing long-term planning, budgeting, and resource execution. The role involves coordinating logistics for test facilities and delivering briefings to support Air Force operational programs.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as program analyst for the squadron. Employee serves as the Resource Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative, responsible for long-term programming, planning, budgeting, and execution of squadron resources in support of multiple developmental and operational assessment programs.
Plans, organizes, and coordinates the planning, programming and budget activities of the squadron, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to meet Air Force and MAJCOM requirements. Actively participates in strategic planning to improve organizational direction and focus strategic resource planning tools and techniques. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assignments. Performs/ leads studies and coordinates the logistics and supply of squadron laboratories, test equipment and test facilities.
