This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), DHS Aviation Integration and Resources. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for complex mission critical contracts that support DHS Aviation and Integration Resources operations and functions. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.
As a Program Analyst, GS-0343-13/14, your typical work assignments may include: Serve as an Aviation Program Analyst and designated Contracting Officer Representative for one or more complex contracts that support DHS AIR. Evaluate contractor work products, deliverables and services to determine compliance with contract requirements. Conduct invoice review, funding and cost oversight of assigned contracts. Monitor contractor compliance with security, safety and other special contract requirements. Serve as primary liaison between contracting office, program office and DHS AIR leadership.
