Program Analyst
As a Program Analyst at the GS-0343-7, you will be part of the Systems and Data Development and Information Production Division, Office of Field Programs (OFP), U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will be responsible for developing reports, conducting routine analyses, and providing data-based recommendations to support national program operations and decisions. The selectee will be required to have a duty station at Headquarters or one of the 53 EEOC Field Offices.
Provides developmental analytical support by collecting and consolidating data, assisting with reports and dashboard reviews, and completing assignments under closer supervision to ensure alignment with agency procedures.
Assists with reviewing and presenting routine documents and reports, drafting briefings and materials, and providing recommendations to support procedural activities and communication for senior stakeholders.
Applies analytical methods to gather, assess, and present data on administrative programs, using knowledge of OFP operations, policies, and objectives to support efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
Uses office automation tools to create spreadsheets, charts, databases, and presentations; communicates data reporting needs and schedules; and assists in preparing materials for management reviews and program recommendations.
Collaborates with team members to address non-complex issues and/or concerns and follows up to ensure needs are met.
