- Maintain Cybersecurity Team Action Item Trackers.
- Track and maintain Cybersecurity Team dashboard and associated data (PowerBI /SharePoint).
- Cyber authorization tracking
- MOU/ISA tracking
- CDRL tracking
- Contracting Efforts Tracking (Due Dates, Scope, Status)
- Coordinate and run meetings in support of the Cybersecurity Lead.
- Provide support for Cybersecurity Team document Routing/Tracking.
- Maintain Removable Media Requirements/Binder.
- Maintain Cybersecurity Team Welcome Packet.
- Establish and maintain Cybersecurity Team onboarding process/checklist.
- Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Coordinate with the PMA Schedule Team to sustain the cybersecurity schedule and align schedules with stakeholder schedules.
- Defense Travel System (DTS) support to the cyber team.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Incumbent will be trained on the following: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams.

- 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Minimum of 3 years of Analytical experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
- Experience with AMS tools. (PMT, CDRL, CSPT)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work PowerPoint, Outlook): specifically PowerPoint and Excel to be able to assist with Briefs, reports, and financial data.
- Experience with Teams SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- High-level communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a team environment.

- Allowable Substitution for BA/BS Degree include:
- Associate degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree. OR
- Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $74,000.00 -112,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
