Program Analyst NF-04
Summary
Analyzes and improves military family programs by researching policies, comparing performance to standards, and recommending operational changes at Fort Stewart.
This position is located at Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR), Fort Stewart, GA. This is a Regular Full-Time position with a minimum work week of 40 hours and eligible for benefits. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
Serves as a Program Analyst providing subject matter expertise and recommendations to senior staff. Researches and develops policies and programs pertaining to specific programs. with emphasis on program planning and standards.
Assists with development of strategic program plans, assess program standards and procedures, analyzes for effectiveness, recommends appropriate changes and conducts actual execution for the designated program.
Develops program benchmarks for program operations. Performs comparative analyses, compares programs to best in the industry, and develops reports outlining areas in need of improvement.
Monitors and reviews financial and historical performance of the specific programs. Assists Director with development and tracking of input for the APF/NAF funding. Ensures sufficient internal control mechanisms are installed and in use.
Monitors Installation Status Reports (ISR) II process and Common Levels Support (CLS)/Service Based Costing (SBC). Performs other duties as assigned.
