Credence has an immediate need for a Program Analyst – PNT to support the Business Management Directorate within the Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) organization at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland.
Credence provides administrative, business management, contracting, information technology, program management, engineering, logistics management, test and evaluation, training, operations security, technology protection, foreign military sales, acquisition, and strategic planning services to Army PM PNT.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Prepare for and actively participate in PM PNT program and product meetings, including acquisition milestone decisions and program management reviews
- Identify actual and potential programmatic risks and issues and recommend appropriate mitigation actions and solutions.
- Interpret acquisition laws, directives, regulations, and policies and provide guidance and recommendations to product office leadership and functional staff
- Develop and coordinate responses to Congressional Requests for Information
- Collaborate with project, product, and functional support directorates and staff to support the development of program objectives, strategies, and integrated master schedules
- Develop, review, update, and contribute to program acquisition documentation supporting milestone decision reviews, including:
- Acquisition strategies
- Acquisition program baselines
- Test and evaluation strategies
- Life-cycle sustainment plans
- Track program requirements, milestones, deliverables, risks, and actions to support successful program execution
- Coordinate program information and documentation across functional teams and senior leadership
- Prepare briefings, reports, analyses, and other program management materials
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related discipline
- Ten or more years of experience supporting Army Commands, Capability Program Executives, Project Managers, or acquisition pathway programs in a program analysis or program management capacity
- Working knowledge of:
- Adaptive Acquisition Framework pathways
- Army acquisition policy, including AR 70-1
- Department of Defense Instruction 5000 series
- Army and Department of Defense acquisition processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks.
- Experience coordinating with senior analysts, program leadership, and cross-functional staff
- Experience using Army program management and acquisition applications, such as:
- Project Management Resource Tool
- Program Data Alignment Application
- Management Acquisition Reporting
- ASA(ALT) Live

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, education, skills, and overall qualifications.
