MANTECH Program Analyst Requirements Management Lead
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Analyst Requirements Management Lead to join our team in Linthicum, MD.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the PM and Government stakeholders by providing analytical, requirements management, and portfolio management support services.
Assist in establishing, maintaining, and executing the Government’s portfolio and requirements management processes by developing, implementing, and monitoring methodologies and tools.
Collaborate with Program Managers and Directorates to support PPBE activities, manage requirements intake, and integrate program execution.
Provide analytical support to identify duplicative, inefficient, or disconnected requirements or processes.
Produce timely documentation, reports, and metrics for Government review.
Proactively communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to the PMO Chief and stakeholders while applying industry best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years relevant experience, Master's degree and 6+ years relevant experience, or PhD and 3+ years relevant experience.
Specialized experience leading large, complex projects for the DoW, DoD, or Federal government.
Experience with developing and managing schedules using MS Project.
Knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management and project control concepts.
Demonstrated experience managing the entire change life cycle, including identifying, evaluating, approving, monitoring, and documenting changes.
Applied extensive program management expertise across multiple domains, including requirements and capability development, acquisitions, procurement, and resource management.
Proven ability to synthesize complex information and generate comprehensive reports to support program objectives and inform senior-level decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced capability in streamlining enterprise-wide requirements intake and cross-directorate adjudication processes.
Extensive knowledge of integrating technical operations with federal resource management and procurement strategies.
Exceptional ability to coordinate cross-functional Government and contractor teams to seamlessly execute PMO objectives.
Clearance Requirements:
Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and related equipment.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
