PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary

Act as a Subject Matter Expert to develop acquisition strategies for the Navy's Nuclear Weapons Surety program, ensuring alignment with policy and stakeholder needs.

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for converting the Navy's Nuclear Weapons Surety strategic goals into an executable acquisition strategy ensuring close coordination and development with all NWS stakeholder organizations.

You will establish concepts and criteria foundational for the development of business policies and processes for managing the NWS portfolio.

You will interpret policy and regulatory guidance in relation to NWS acquisition activities in coordination with the acquisition, contracting, and legal SMEs.

You will advise senior management on assigned programs' effectiveness, efficiency, and/or productivity through the use of quality assurance metrics.

You will manage the NWS acquisition integrated milestone schedule (IMS) to ensure alignment with SSP IMS by closely monitoring resource constraints and program issues.

You will act as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR), including the review and monitoring of contract deliverables, leveraging and advising on contract vehicles, and government administration and/or oversight of contractors.
