About the Role
Our Office & Program Coordination team is all about creating positive experiences for Starlight team members, Starlight families, and our supporters. We’re looking for a proactive, organised superstar to join us and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role is based in our South Bank office and we’re looking for someone on a Part Time basis. Ideally, working 4 days per week Monday to Thursday.
A week in the life includes:
Supporting Program and Office teams with all administrative and operational requests
Troubleshooting any roadblocks that impact the day to day running of the Office and Starlight Express Room
Keeping the Office and Starlight Express Room organised, stocked and shining
Always looking at how we can do it better – thinking outside the box
Packing and sending creative supplies for hospital programs
Organising and prepping for office functions
Arranging domestic travel and itineraries
Managing ordering, expense reconciliations, databases, and reporting
Working with Program Managers to identify cost savings and improvements

You are a core part of our Hospital Programs, so a driver’s license is essential.
About You
You’re a natural communicator with a talent for organisating and a proactive, positive approach. You bring energy and authenticity to everything you do. You like to get in, get your hands dirty and get things done. Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience in administration and customer service
Strong tech skills, especially Microsoft Office and CRM systems
The ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally
A confidential, diplomatic approach to building strong stakeholder relationships
