Program Assistant, Enhanced Care Management

Program and Role Summary
The primary focus of the Program Assistant is to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Enhanced Care Management program. This includes routine support services, electronic health record data entry, and various administrative tasks towards ensuring internal compliance and external compliance with collaborating agencies and contracted Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans. This role will support intakes, referrals, documentation and billing. It is essential in supporting all Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans systems, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across different platforms. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
The hourly wage range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00.
