As a Program Associate (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Engage and encourage seniors to participate actively in centre programmes, activities, and community initiatives.
• Support outreach efforts and assist in expanding centre membership and community engagement.
• Conduct home visits and participate in community screening activities as required.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, and engagement to support programme operations.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of wellness programmes, outreach activities, and centre events.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, service providers, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including attendance, volunteer databases, and home visit reports.
• Handle enquiries, registrations, donor collections, and other administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Provide support for reporting, procurement, inventory monitoring, and general operational and administrative functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification or any related field.
• Prior healthcare working experience is a good plus.
