Please note: This position is grant funded until July 31, 2033.
You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
Leadership and Management:
- Supervise, train, and support clubhouse staff and volunteers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Oversee the development and implementation of clubhouse programs and activities.
- Manage the clubhouse budget and ensure financial accountability.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.
Program Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with staff and members to create and implement engaging and therapeutic
- programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure programs align with the clubhouse model and best practices in mental health
- recovery.
Member Engagement and Support:
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
- Provide individual support and advocacy for members as needed.
- Encourage member participation and leadership within the clubhouse community.
- Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise within the clubhouse.
- Community Outreach and Partnership:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Represent the clubhouse at community events and meetings.
- Promote the clubhouse and its programs to potential members and referral sources.
- Seek opportunities for collaboration and resource sharing.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of clubhouse activities and member participation.
- Prepare and submit required reports to the organization and funding sources.
- Ensure the clubhouse facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with other organizational departments to support overall mission and goals.
- Adheres to and promotes the Phoenix House mission and values. Acts as a role model to patients and other staff.
- Adheres to the professional ethics and conduct of standards as established by professional licensure and the policies of Phoenix House.
