Meta's America's Workforce Academy (AWA) is a flagship initiative connecting underserved communities to career-ready training pathways and employer hiring pipelines. We are looking for a Program Coordinator to serve as the front door for all AWA partnership inquiries and requests — managing the intake process from initial contact through routing and resolution — while providing critical event planning and logistical coordination support across the full AWA team.
This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments, brings strong organizational and communication skills, and can manage complex logistics while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
