The Children’s Development Center in Richland, WA is hiring a Program Coordinator to ensure compliance and integrity of the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program through the Children’s Developmental Center. They will work as a team member to help families and staff through the referral, evaluation, service, and transition processes in a confidential and efficient manner.
What does the position entail?
JOB SUMMARY: The Program Coordinator will ensure compliance and integrity of the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program through the Children’s Developmental Center. They will work as a team member to help families and staff through the referral, evaluation, service, and transition processes confidentially and efficiently. Promotes and adheres to the Center's safety work rules and regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Not an Exhaustive List):
· Act as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
· Ensure accuracy of required documents of Birth-3 program.
· Act as a liaison with Community partners.
· Schedule required Staff trainings.
· Keep up to date on any changes to the ESIT program policies and procedures.
· Attend required Regional Provider & quarterly compliance meetings for the ESIT program.
· Update ESIT/EHR procedures and forms as needed in collaboration with Program Coordinator.
· Understand and use the EHR system (AdvancedMD) for scheduling evaluation appointments, child dismissals and keeping child records, updating documents, and templates.
· Data entry in AdvancedMD and Access (database).
· Support the ABA and Pediatric Pelvic Health Programs.
Salary Range: $24.00-$30.00 hourly, commensurate with qualifications
Location: 1549 Georgia Avenue SE, Richland, WA 99352
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM with occasional nights and weekends on volunteer basis. This is a non-exempt/hourly position. To perform the essential functions of this position, regular and punctual attendance is expected.
