Program Coordinator, Home Support Services (Part Time)
The incumbent is responsible to the Program Manager/Assistant Director of Home Support Services, for the overall day to day coordination of Support Services to the community
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social services, health care, activation, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in social services or health care, supervisory experience an asset
Knowledge and experience in working with seniors
Computer proficiency, with knowledge of assessment software, AlayaCare, and Microsoft Office Solutions
Current CPR Certificate required
Satisfactory Police Reference Check (with vulnerable sector screen) result
Language Requirement: Ability to communicate in English and Chinese
Physical Demands/ Working Condition:
Occasional travel
Use of own vehicle
