Program Coordinator
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to provide high-quality coordination and administrative support to a Program Director within a large-scale IT delivery environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT project administration experience who enjoys working with senior stakeholders, coordinating across multiple disciplines, and helping keep complex programs organised, on track and well governed.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate program activities and support governance and reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement
- Assist with procurement and administrative processes
- Support the Program Director and wider delivery team
About you
- 5+ years' industry experience in administrative or coordination support within an IT Projects/Delivery environment
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders, including involvement in procurement activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across different IT disciplines
- An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and governance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
