Summary
Coordinates the NYSDOH AIDS Institute-funded HIV Retention and Adherence Program within the hospital's PATH Center: oversees enrollment, outreach and recruitment, supervises a medical case manager and outreach specialist, provides HIV counseling/testing and case management, and handles reporting and QI projects. Not a software engineering role.
In close cooperation with PATH Center staff, coordinates services for the NYSDOH AI-funded Retention and Adherence Program. Oversees program enrollment, outreach, marketing, and recruitment. Supervises the RAP Medical Case Manager and Outreach Specialist. Works with the Family Program Director (aka Program Director) to hire, train and retain program staff. Conducts HIV counseling and testing alongside other program staff. Provides medical case management to enrolled patients as needed. Completes program narrative reports, data review and QI projects. Represents PATH on external committees.
