We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator who is passionate about delivering successful programs and providing exceptional client support.

What’s Involved?
The Program Coordinator will act as a primary point of coordination and operation support and must be able to gain an understanding of all aspects of clients' international policy and program, as well as a general understanding of all international services while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Services include but may not be limited to policy counselling, generating cost estimates, relocation agreements, initiating services with Sirva connect and maintain regional tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Support regional and global client directed pre-assignment initiatives such as reporting needs, group move planning, specialized program support, data queries, status updates on cost estimate or initiation requests and systems testing. Must approach tasks with a solution oriented and consultative support influencing desired outcomes as indicated by the client Talent Mobility team.
Triage shared mailbox by filtering and redirecting incoming requests and tasks. Responsible for meeting client SLAs and KPIs related to inquiry response time.
Prepare and deliver relocation agreements and support cost estimate work as needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

Minimum 3 years’ experience in working in relocation required.
Experience working in a client facing role preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines
Ability to work successfully in a team and individual environment
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, (V-lookup and Pivot Table experience preferred).
Bilingual proficiency preferred.
