The Opportunity
UHP is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of our Integrative Health Coaching (IHC) certification program. This role serves as a central point of coordination for faculty, mentors, students, and campus operations to ensure each cohort is organized, supported, and delivered at a high level.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy creating structure, solving problems, supporting others, and helping teams operate effectively, this may be an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Integrative Health Coaching program
Maintain course schedules, calendars, materials, and program documentation
Support faculty, mentors, and students throughout each cohort
Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, communications, and course logistics
Track attendance, assessments, and program requirements
Ensure classrooms, materials, and daily activities are prepared and organized
Partner with campus teams to support successful course delivery
Maintain organized records, files, and program resources
Assist with gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for program improvement
Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
Required
2+ years of experience in program coordination, administration, operations, education, training, event planning, or a related field
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern software platforms
Ability to work onsite in Gentry, Arkansas
Preferred
Experience supporting educational programs, training environments, or cohort-based learning
Experience working with instructors, mentors, facilitators, or students
Familiarity with coaching, wellness, leadership development, or education environments
Experience with scheduling, project management, CRM, LMS, or organizational software
Experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity and workflow efficiency
Schedule & Work Environment
Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday; flexibility is required based on course schedules, student activities, and occasional weekend program support.
Work Environment: Fully onsite at UHP's campus located at 25200 Ranch Road, Gentry, Arkansas 72734. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas.
