Summary
Oversees a faith-based rehabilitation program in Virginia Beach, coordinating services, staff, and participant progress through meetings and advocacy.
Plans, develops, promotes, coordinates, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive biblically-based and Christ-centered rehabilitation program; supervises and trains intake staff; assigns caseloads to subordinate employees; manages and monitors assigned caseload of program participants in a rehabilitation program; develops program plan/goals and evaluates program participant’s progress by conducting routine meetings with participant and/or staff; serves as advocate for program participants in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment.
