Oversees Endeavors’ Austin refugee program, managing operations, staff, compliance, and partnerships to support newcomers’ integration and self-sufficiency.
The Program Director leads Endeavors’ Austin Refugee Program that supports refugees, asylees, SIVs, parolees, and other eligible newcomers through reception, placement, and long-term integration. The Director is accountable for day-to-day operations, staff leadership, compliance, quality assurance, fiscal stewardship, and community partnerships. This role ensures delivery of core services and outcomes under federal, state, local, and philanthropic awards, and coordinates closely with HIAS and state partners to advance client self-sufficiency and community belonging.
