Job Summary

What will you do?

• Lead complex telecom and IT programs
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Bring every team together and break down silos, so all the pieces work as one program
• Coordinate international, cross-functional teams
• Oversee delivery, resources, risks, and priorities
• Drive collaboration and decision-making
• Ensure business and technology objectives stay aligned
• Turn complex challenges into successful results

Experience:

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT, telecommunications, or technology services.
• Proven experience leading complex programs and multiple projects, ideally in telecom or large-scale technology environments.
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and customers across different countries.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, including experience engaging with senior leaders.
• A solid understanding of telecom platforms, BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, system integration, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, timelines, and delivery governance.
