What You Will Do:
- Implement, manage, and meet all ACCS program, contract, payer, DMH, and BHN requirements.
- Set goals and use KPIs, outcomes, quality measures, and financial data to manage Outreach program performance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the annual budget; achieve financial goals and adjust resources as needed.
- Build and lead the Outreach management team; provide high-quality supervision and performance management.
- Determine staffing needs and oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, credentialing, retention, succession, and corrective action for Outreach staff.
- Oversee service quality, documentation, risk, incident response, audits, and continuous improvement across the Outreach team.
- Maintain effective relationships with individuals served, DMH, funders, payers, regulators, internal programs, and community partners.
- Ensure Outreach services are person-centered, culturally responsive, accessible, and aligned with BHN and ACCS standards, supporting members with housing stability, employment, daily living skills, and community connection.
- Lead referral development, capacity planning, growth, and approved service changes for the Outreach program.
- Report risks, results, resource needs, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's Degree based on service complexity; advanced clinical degree preferred.
- Independent clinical license and/or certification, if required for the role.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access for all working hours, as Outreach work involves regular travel to members and community sites.
- Typically 3+ years of progressively responsible supervisory/management experience with demonstrated success in community-based or outreach behavioral health services.
- Strong background in general and fiscal management, contracts, quality improvement, regulation, workforce planning, service systems, and performance measurement.
- Strong leadership, verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, data-informed decision making, facilitation, negotiation, change management, and technology utilization skills.
- Knowledge of DMH regulations and the ACCS service model preferred.

Salary Range: $ 70,000- $ 100,000
