What You'll Do
Oversee the daily operations of up to four community-based IDD programs
Recruit, hire, train, and develop Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and other team members
Provide coaching, performance management, and ongoing staff support
Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
Build strong relationships with individuals served, family members, guardians, and community partners
Monitor program quality, outcomes, and service delivery standards
Address staffing, scheduling, and operational challenges as they arise
Foster a positive, person-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and independence
What You'll Need
Required
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
Ability to obtain required state certifications upon hire
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
2–3 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Supervisory, management, or team leadership experience
Experience in residential services, supported living, community-based services, or disability services
