Program Manager – Wireline Network Transformation, FTTH & Infrastructure Delivery

Role Overview

The Program Director will provide overall leadership and accountability for the Wireline Network Transformation & Delivery program, ensuring achievement of business, customer, financial, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and accountability for the Wireline Network program, ensuring delivery of business, customer, financial, and operational objectives.
  
• Act as the primary executive interface for customer CXOs, internal leadership teams, and strategic partners, building trusted relationships and driving business outcomes.
  
• Establish and lead program governance, executive steering committees, operational reviews, and performance management frameworks.
  
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives focused on:
  • Operating model modernization

  • AI adoption
    
  • Productivity improvement
    
  • Service innovation
    
• Lead national delivery teams across:

• Drive execution excellence across wireline infrastructure build, capacity expansion, network modernization, relocation programs, and capital projects.
  
• Own executive escalations, risk management, issue resolution, and business continuity planning, ensuring timely mitigation of delivery, operational, and commercial risks.
  
• Ensure alignment across Engineering, Operations, Construction, IT, Finance, Procurement, Vendors, and Partners.
  
• Own program financial performance, including:

Essential Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Wireline Network Engineering, Infrastructure Delivery, or Managed Services.
  
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale wireline engineering, planning, design, and deployment programs with national or enterprise-wide scope.

• Extensive experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders and leading executive governance forums.
  
• Strong commercial, financial, contract, and risk management expertise.
  
• Strong leadership experience across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
  
• MBA preferred.
  
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification required.
