Program Engineer (Manufacturing)
Summary
Oversee manufacturing programs from customer quotes to mass production, coordinating teams and tracking deliverables while managing costs and inventory for an electronics manufacturing services provider.
Job Scope :
- Manage customer relationship, driving revenue growth
- Manage customer RFQ - Costing and sales strategiesfor submission.
- Project management from RFQ to Mass production
- Liaise and organizing with customer and internaldepartment on project activities.
- Drive Project deliverables and action plan throughthe use of the reports, checklist and others.
- Manage product ECO, EOL and inventory.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years’ of relevant working experience
- Possess Process Manufacturing / Program management experience
- Understand cost structure and cost modelling of EMS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel for work
