Program Leader - Powertrain Delivery

Location: Dearborn, MI, United States; Hybrid

We are seeking motivated professionals with a passion for excellence in Manufacturing, Problem Solving, and driving robustness into the APD/PTME Engineering factory. This position reports to the APD/PTME Delivery team Program Manager as a Delivery Program Leader. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of PTME program deliverables and will be leading PTME launch teams through all phases of Manufacturing Program Delivery from the early cost study phase through rate of climb (ROC). This position aligns with Ford OS Behaviors of Excellence, Focus & Collaboration. Powertrain Delivery (APD)/Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME). Delivery Program Engineer (Southeast Michigan) This role is in Southeast Michigan as part of the Ford APD/PTME Organization
