[What the role is]

Support the day-to-day running of the Datacenter Strategy PMO under the Project Delivery Unit, helping project teams stay on track, stakeholders stay informed, and finances stay in check across multiple technology initiatives.

[What you will be working on]

  • Track project actions, decisions, and follow-ups across multiple technology projects, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Take and distribute meeting minutes promptly, using GenAI tools to speed up drafting and improve quality

  • Prepare clear and timely status reports for project teams and senior stakeholders, consolidating inputs from across the portfolio

  • Maintain key project documents including risk registers, issue logs, and change request logs, keeping them accurate and up to date

  • Track project budgets end-to-end from initial budget allocation through to actual spend and utilisation and flag variances early

  • Support financial reporting and analysis to give project leads and management clear visibility of budget health

  • Facilitate communication between project teams, management, and other departments to keep everyone aligned on priorities and progress

  • Support the team in applying consistent project management practices and tools across the PMO.

[What we are looking for]

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.

  • Comfortable using GenAI tools to draft minutes, reports, and other documents faster.

  • Strong understanding of financial tracking — budgets, forecasts, expenditure, and utilisation.

  • Energetic, highly organised, and meticulous with details, with a track record of meeting deadlines.

  • Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
